FROM 95 NORTHBOUND (Hartford, New York) : Take exit 89 (Allyn Street/Noank/Groton Long Point). Take right at end of exit. Continue straight on this road through a 4-way stop/blinking light, a 4-way light, then another 4-way stop. At the next 4-way stop at the bottom of the hill, take a right onto Noank Road (Route 215). Stay on this road for approximately 1 mile until you reach a 3-way stop. Take a left onto Mosher Avenue (the road goes over the rail road tracks). Take first left onto Ward Avenue (this road takes a 90 degree right turn and becomes Front Street). Take your first left onto Bayside Avenue. Drive to the end of Bayside Avenue and you will be in the Noank Village Boatyard parking lot.
FROM 95 SOUTHBOUND (Providence, Boston) : Take exit 89 (Allyn Street/Noank/Groton Long Point). Take left at end of exit. From the West : Leave the nun and day buoy off Groton Long Point to port, locate the Green beacon at the mouth of the Mystic River which is ENE of Groton Long Point, follow the channel past Noank, NVBY is the last shipyard before turning east and proceeding up the Mystic River. Nun #18
From the East : Locate the can to the north of Ram Island and leave to port, follow the channel which takes a Uturn to the right over approximately half a mile. Follow directions from above.
